Just a little heads up, the Coach store on Front Street in the South Street Seaport is going to be putting out a whole new floor set with new items that I can't even find online yet, tomorrow. I suppose it's safe to assume that if they are doing it there it won't be long before they have set them up all over the city. If your an addict you can be one of the first to feed the need.

Apparently if you are going to be anywhere near Canary Wharf tonight you should stop by and enjoy the free goodie bags and discounts at all the retailers in the area, plus refreshments tonight from 6-9PM, very Shecky's.

Overseas

I hear tell of a sale going on in good old London for my girlies over there running three days only and starting this Friday, March 31 @10 AM-8PM. It is the DWS Womens-wear sale promising drastically reduced items (50-80%) from designers like Prada, Chloe, Missoni, Diesel, Jean Paul Gaultier, Alexander McQueen, and Cavalli to name a few. There is a 2 pound entrance fee but that might be worth it to poke around, Time Out Student Guide has called it "one of the best kept secrets in the fashion world," and with reviews like that who wouldn't be intrigued. I wonder if she's looking to be the new face for their Spring/Summer '07 ad campaign becuase Fall/Winter '06 has already been taken by Lindsey Lohan... ugh. Fashion Week Again?

Next week, starting on the 20th and running till the 24th, in London they will be holding an "Alternative Fashion Week". Although you might think it sounds like a pale comparison to the originals of New York, Paris, and London itself you are mistaken. They are doing it right with runway shows everyday by Britain's most innovation young designers and chances to pick up a thing of two that catches your eye at major discounts. This event will be held at the new Spitalfields Traders Market, Crispin Place, Brushfield Street, E1.

Gym Couture

Stella McCartney is all over the place. She has her own line of clothes, a smash hit line for H&M, and a new baby so it only makes sense to add something else to her already busy schedule. Something like a line of fabulous athletic wear for Adidas. This adorable number totally makes me want to take up tennis just for an excuse to wear it but thankfully I don't have to. I'm sure it translates for a day of whatever when the weather gets warmer and stays that way.

This Saturday from 2-6 EMG will be having there collective vintage and designer sale with a late night party that is held once a month at the Tribeca Grand. Collections and sellers vary from month to month, so there are always new items and styles, you will never know what kinda of vintage gold you might find. Later that night, from 10-4, they host a party, there are no invites just make sure you RSVP while your there shopping it up. Ever since I met Karla and Julie of V'ta I can not stop singing their praises. Their designs are beautiful and one of a kind, not to mention that these two ladies themselves are absolute sweethearts. Shopping with them is a total blast because the minute you pick something up they are right there suggesting complementary pieces and offering all the help they can to make sure that you leave with a huge smile on your face and jewelry to fit a queen. I spent a decent amount of time in the showroom today and walked away with these shaved watermelon tourmaline earrings and a few other choice items, happy as ever.
